Raymond is an approved / certified applicator of high build epoxy (HBE) coatings on pipelines based on 'state of the art' Novolac epoxy / urethane chemistry.

These are fast cure, solvent free, high build epoxy coatings. They are applied by using electronic proportioning, plural component, airless spray equipment. HBE is an abrasion resistance overlay which is compatible with Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) main line coatings.

The coatings can withstand pipeline operating temperatures up to 302°F (150°C). HBE coatings can be used externally for pipelines in buried or immersed services. Other uses are for coating pipe spools, fittings, valves and for rehabilitation of existing pipelines.

The coatings can also be hand applied to girth welds, tie-ins and for rehabilitation of existing pipelines.
